Are you going to AndroidTO 2017? I know I’ll be there! If you’ve been in the Android sphere for a while, you know that one of the biggest Android conferences in Canada is Android Toronto, also referred to as AndroidTO. For the last few years, it’s been hosted at the MaRS district campus in Toronto on College street. It’s a great place to learn, meet and see new things about developing for Android.
AndroidTO sure lined up an interesting cast of speakers for the event; We’re going to see Ty Smith a Google Expert and Teach Lead at UBER, Lindy Wilkins & Hillary Predko from LITTLE DADA, Yuliya Kaleda from JET.COM and the list goes on. Be sure to check out the AndroidTO website for all the details!
During the event will be seeing some coding labs and some lightning talks from various speakers and this is where you can get some snippets of interesting information if you’re a developer. Now, don’t get me wrong, you can get information from all the other speakers as well!
Some notable topics for myself personally are the Instant Apps, Kotlin and Deep Android Integrations. As much as I’d like to see and hear everything, I probably won’t be able to, but, I’d definitely give Android Apparatus: Blending the Physical and Digital Worlds a go!
