Some of you have or may have seen some commercials, advertisement and or billboards about FIZZ. I’m going to talk to the ones that haven’t heard of it. FIZZ is a carrier service for your mobile smartphone under the Quebecor umbrella.
Are you part of the southern-eastern Ontario or Quebec? If yes, FIZZ is available to you. At this present time, only people residing in this area can subscribe to the service. Subscribers can choose to get coverage than for Canada, Quebec or Canada/United States.
You can get Internet service and Mobile service from FIZZ. I’m going to focus on the mobile portion of it. The service platform is 100% digital which means you cannot just go to a store to get help. You do need to be self-sufficient to a certain degree. You can find the solution hub or the online community via the help option on the main page.
If it does come to the point of being out of your grasp, you can chat with one of the support agents.
Getting online with FIZZ is a piece of cake.
- Create your perfect plan.
- Order your SIM card.
- Activate your service and confirm it.
- Keep your phone number or choose a new one.
You will receive the sim card in under two days. You will get an email to let you know that it’s in your mailbox. Then it’s a matter of going online and finishing up the service activation.
You will be able to review the plan and cost. When everything is all done, you will receive sets of instruction to get the service running on your mobile device. It’s important to note that your smartphone must be unlocked.
Now that’s for how you get onboard with FIZZ. How does it work in the real world?
***The service offered by FIZZ works quite well. Like any service that is still in the startup phase, you will have to understand those service interruptions can and will happen.
There are more perks to being with FIZZ such as data rollover from month to month. Go ahead check it out!
