Just a few weeks ago I posted about my time with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Now I’m bringing you a different article that will highlight my time with the Note 10 Plus.

Read my previous review of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 as it will provide you with a more in-depth view of the Note 10 devices than the comparison I’m doing between the two models.
I’m going to highlight my experience with the Note 10 Plus and showcase the differences between the two. Note 10 Plus starts at $1459.99 and that’s not just small change here. While it’s counterpart the Note 10 is $1259.99.

Let’s go over some of the differences that can be observed from the two devices. Notably, the size is the primary indicator.
Differences between Note 10 Plus & Note 10

Here’s the list of what remains the same on both:

Ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor
Software
The device I’m using is the European version which runs an Exynos 9825 Octa (7 nm), CPU: Octa-core (2x 2.73 GHz Mongoose M4 & 2x 2.4 GHz Cortex-A75 & 4×1.9 GHz Cortex-A55), GPU: Mali-G76-MP12.
In the United States, the processor found in the Note 10+ is a Snapdragon.
As you would expect the experience is pretty much the same on either device. All my favourite apps are snappy, ready to be used. A device with 12GB of RAM allows for everything to stay in memory with little compromise.
The larger battery doesn’t seem to be standing up as much. I get about the same amount of screen time and usage that I did with the Note 10.
The Galaxy Note 10 Plus is a world phone and supports global-bands. This means that regardless of your service provider, you should be able to get service without any issues.

The screen offers you a great display ability if you enjoy watching content. The 1440 resolution on this AMOLED panel is excellent. At this point, I would have preferred a screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz which would have made this even better. Why? It would have increased the fluidity even more. The general public might not even bat an eye at this but some of us do.
The body of the Note 10 Plus remains very slippery in your hands and this could prove to be fatal for a lot of people. Consider using an antislip cover or skin if you plan to handle the Note 10 Plus.
The Note 10 offers you two storage options coming in the form of 256GB or 512GB. There’s also the addition of the microSD card that can also expand the storage up to 1TB.

I’ve included some sample pictures from the Note 10 Plus all on automatic just as any user would. Some selfies, some close-up shots, landscape etc. It’ll give you a good feel for the camera. The only difference on the Note 10 Plus is the ToF camera.
On a final note about the Note 10 Plus; The fact that Samsung was able to include a lot of the missing options to the Note 10, the Note 10 Plus comes back to life with a lot of the fan favourites. Instead of the single storage options, we have 3 if you count the microSD card.
The device isn’t without its woe’s as we are still missing the 3.5mm analog jack that is still among the most used connected options for listening to music or entertainment on one’s device. The Note 10 Plus is not a small smartphone and handling this slippery snake without a skin or case could prove to be fatal.
I was a hard critic of the original Note 10. From what I see about Note 10 Plus, it’s got some more pluses on its side.
