The ZTE ZPad 10 Tablet
The ZTE ZPad 10 tablet is ZTE’s latest foray into the family electronic category. The tablet market is for everyone and any who needs a tablet at a budget price while still being able to accomplish whatever they may set themselves out to do; This isn’t the Lamborgini of tablets such as Samsung or Apple, but you’ll be able to get things done.
Price and Availability
The ZTE ZPad 10 will cost you CAD$264 and is available at Telus and Koodo. You can buy it outright or add it to a monthly plan for its mobility, and with the SIM card, you can use it anywhere, even if there’s no WiFi.

You may be wondering what a budget tablet can accomplish, and in 2022 it can be a lot. Much like many in the world, I’m addicted to Tiktok, and the tablet allows me to enjoy the content from my favourite creators. Further to that, I also like some social media aspects with Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Doing business via a tablet is very much a thing. You can do work while being mobile; Add a mouse, keyboard and headset, and you’ve just transformed your setup into a productive work environment. Go ahead, take conference meetings, calls and notes; I dare you!
Even the latest craze, Wordle, is no match! If you intend to do some medium gaming, you won’t have any problems. Now, if role-playing games are more your style, you may want to jump into the world of Adventures of Mana or Another Eden. I’m currently enjoying Adventures of Mana. You could also throw in some PUBG if this is more your thing.
If watching content on Netflix, YouTube, or any other streaming platform is more your style, it works just as well. Need to take a quick meeting with your colleagues over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat or any other available platform on Android? Do it!
What can’t the ZPad 10 do?
I know that for some, it’s going to be tempting to install some demanding games, especially when it comes to kids and teenagers, but games like “Genshin Impact” or Ark Survivor won’t run that great; I’m getting a lot of “Game isn’t responding” messages. That’s also a no go when it comes to Fortnite, as it requires a minimum of 3 GB of RAM.

Final thoughts
The ZTE ZPad 10 is an all-purpose tablet for the entire family. It’s also a tablet that lets you do some work while on the go. It’s easy to pick up, store, carry and pull out whenever you need. Yes, you can get yourself something much better at 3-times the price with a Galaxy Tab or an iPad. It will boil down to your needs, peer pressure and cost.
I’ve demonstrated the use of the tablet with various apps, games and use cases. Since the tablet isn’t readily available at every retail location, I would also put some weight into this decision, but at CAD$264, it’s hard to say no if you are in the market for one.
